professional practices, primary producers, manufacturers, retailers, developers, investors, restaurateurs, clubs and charity organisations.
- I was involved in all aspects of the services rendered to the clients including:-
- assisting in establishing new businesses for the clients
- advising on the maintenance of accounting records
- preparing budgets and projected cash flows
- preparing annual financial statements, reports, annual returns and tax returns
- auditing some larger private companies, including an unlisted public company
- advising on various aspects of managing a business
Prior to commencing my practice, I was in charge of a group consisting of 10 companies, operating in the service and manufacturing sectors. The turnover of the group was in excess of $25m.
- Since 1 July, 1981
The clientele I have established in my practice covers every industry. Hence, the knowledge and experience I gained over the years are similar to my previous employment. In addition, as principal, I am constantly in contact with clients on the matters such as dealing with difficult employees, advising on wages and employees' entitlements, advising on insurance and assisting in claims for loss of stock and loss of profit, advising on credit control, inventory control, business strategies and any other problems clients may encounter in their business, preparing interim accounts, budgets and projected cash flows, assisting in buying and selling businesses, advising on financing and investing; evaluating investment or business propositions; tax effective financial and investment planning; superannuation and insurance planning and advising; attending meetings and conferring with clients' solicitors, bankers and other advisors.
We are only too happy to assist our clients with any problems. We treat such problems as refreshing challenges which give us great satisfaction upon their successful completion.
