- Assisting the clients to set up an appropriate accounting system for their respective businesses;
- Advising and assisting clients on the maintenance of accounting records and source documents in order to satisfy taxation and corporation laws requirements;
- Preparing financial statements - annually, quarterly and monthly as required by the clients;
- Preparing cash flow projection and budget statement to assist clients in monitoring their financial health;
- Assisting in evaluating a business venture /project;
- Advising on all matters pertaining to managing a business;
- Any other accounting and business services clients may require
- eg. assisting in incorporation, application for business registration, procuring business and /or investment finance, advising and assisting in lease negotiation, purchasing and sale of business, etc.
- TAXATION SERVICES
- Tax planning prior to establishing business and ongoing tax planning when business is operating;
- Tax planning for individuals, partnerships and companies;
- Preparing annual taxation returns for clients.
- SECRETARIAL SERVICES
- Preparing all relevant minutes and attending to matters required under the Corporations Law.
All clients' financial affairs and any assignments undertaken on behalf of our clients will be treated in strictest confidence.

FEES
Clients are charged on a time occupied basis for services and advices rendered. The charge-out rates, set annually on 1st July, will remain fixed for the next 12 months. Staff are required to record in a diary the time spent on each client. This allows accurate compilation of our fees.
We are only too happy to assist our clients with any problems. We treat such problems as refreshing challenges which give us great satisfaction upon their successful completion.
SPECIAL SERVICES FOR PROPERTY INVESTMENT
The current economic climate in Australia, especially in New South Wales, presents a golden opportunity to astute investors looking to invest in good properties. Lately, good commercial properties are being sold at greatly discounted prices, well below replacement cost, giving a very good rate of return.
Upon receiving the client's instructions we will:-
- Locate and inspect suitable properties that meet the client's requirements
- Obtain expert reports from structural engineer, architect, quantity surveyor and builder
- Peruse lease agreements
- Negotiate with the vendor on the sale price and terms of sale
- Obtain Foreign Investment Review Board's approval where required
- Arrange for solicitors and other advisors to finalise the transactions.
